All tickets must be purchased online; no payments will be accepted at the camp or at registration. SteppinandGlampin will be held on Thursday Aug 12th – Sunday Aug 15th, 2027.

1. No Refunds
The prices on the website site are final. There will be no refunds issued unless the event is cancelled.

1.1 Cancellation
Rain or shine this event will take place no matter what the weather conditions are. By making a reservation you are accepting and agreeing to our no cancellation policy.

1.2 Activity Waiver
In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in STEPPIN AND GLAMPIN events; you agree to consent to the terms of the activity waiver. An Activity Waiver and Release is an agreement in which a participant agrees they understand the risks of an activity and will not sue the activity provider or facility owners for any injuries or damages. Activity providers and facility owners protect themselves from liability by asking participants to consent to the waiver agreement before participating in an activity. By providing yes during the checkout process you their participant are agreeing to the waiver.

1.3 Arrival Policy

Arrival Policy: SteppinandGlampin is enforcing a strict arrival policy. You must arrive on between the follow hours:

(Thursday Aug 12th 2027)
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

(Firday Aug 13th 2027)

8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Any arrival outside of the designated check-in times will not be accommodated. If you miss your scheduled Thursday check-in window, you will need to return during the next available check-in time on Friday.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individual arrival times. Doing so places an unfair burden on our staff and takes time away from preparing activities and serving the entire group.

Please understand:

• Our staff will only provide gate entry during the designated check-in times.
• Tent sites will only be assigned during designated check-in times.
• Assistance with tent setup will only be available during designated check-in times.
• The campground office has already been informed of our check-in procedures and will not provide entry on our behalf.

If you arrive outside of the designated times, you should expect to wait until a staff member is available and it is convenient for us to assist you. We will not interrupt activities, setup, or other responsibilities to provide individual entry, assign a tent site, or assist with setup.

Please plan your travel accordingly. The designated arrival times are part of the event schedule and must be followed.

RV spots – This purchase reserves you a space for your RV ($250) and 1 indiviual general admission ticket ($135). Keep in mind every individual in the RV must pay the general admission fee along with everyone else.

We only have 10 RV SPOT Includes 1 RV parking spot, you must rent or bring your own RV, the RV size cannot be over 39 feet.

ATTENTION: You must have a RV!!!! If you do not have a RV you forfeit the RV spot. We will not reserve your space for tents, vehicle, or any other object. You will not get a refund, so please be sure when you purchase this space you are going to use it for a RV. The Price includes 1 General Admission Ticket. Remember everyone in the RV must pay a general admission ticket.

There are 6 cabins available for rent at the campground, with weekend rates ranging from $400–$600, depending on the cabin.

Cabin Reservation Process:

To reserve a cabin, a deposit is required.

1. Purchase your ticket through the steppinandglampin website. Your purchase will include one General Admission ticket plus the cabin deposit.
2. Once your purchase is complete, I will provide your name to the campground to authorize the cabin reservation.
3. The campground will then contact you to gather your credit card info.
4. Once the campground has your payment information and your cabin is secured, I will refund your cabin deposit.

Please note: Cabin availability is limited to only 6 cabins, so reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

There will be a small transaction fee at payment time for payment process.
